Aleks and Dan’s Wonderful Warren House Wedding
Aleks and Dan’s wedding was a fantastic day at work for us, they are a lovely couple to work with and Warren House made for a fabulous venue.
We started our day with Aleks getting ready in the bridal suite, which is unsurprisingly perfect for bridal prep! As we walked in we were greeted by a familiar face, the lovely Elizabeth Joseph Love was there to do the make up for Aleks and her bridesmaids. We work with Liz a lot and know her work is good, she’s also very “photographer friendly” and always sits her clients in the best light which we love.
One of the moments we always like to capture on a wedding day, is the father of the bride seeing his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time, now it’s not always a big moment but on this occasion we were not disappointed and love the photos that show so much emotion from both Aleks and her dad.
Just before the ceremony we were met by another friendly face, videographer Jon from Save the Dog Productions, someone else we often work with and can highly recommend.
The ceremony was held in the Edwardian Ballroom, which is a stunning room with high ceilings and a large window letting in swathes of light.
Being a Warren House wedding photographer is a real joy as there are so many great locations for photos. One key image that Aleks and Dan wanted from the very moment they booked the venue was with the wisteria, so much so that they had booked their wedding for a time of year when the wisteria would be in bloom. Now when it comes to mother nature you never can be quite sure of the exact right time when the bloom will look it’s best, but we think it looked pretty good!
Thanks Aleks and Dan for letting us share your special day with you and massive congratulations to you both.
