Slaugham Place wedding photographer
Slaugham Place is a beautiful wedding venue, and it’s a little different to the norm. Being a Slaugham Place wedding photographer I do wish for good weather when working here. That is because what makes Slaugham Place so pretty is that it is ruins, and there is something really romantic about the lack of roof!
Slaugham Place is a marque venue, but this is not just any old marque, it’s set in amongst the ruins of the Elizabethan manor house. And it’s stunning. The ruins offer a whole host of opportunities for amazing wedding photography. The old arches make an excellent backdrop for group photos and there are plenty of hidden corners to take romantic couple photos such as the wooden bridge.
The marque at Slaugham place is pretty big allowing for a large number of guests for both the wedding breakfast and the evening party.
Ceremonies can be held at Slaugham Place amongst the ruins, but this would only be a symbolic ceremony as Slaugham Place does not have a licence for the legal civil ceremony. Many couples choose to have a church wedding first and then have their reception at Slaugham Place.
